Duplicate payment made due to technical error.
Amount deducted but product/service not delivered within 24 hours.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
No cancellations or refunds are applicable once digital content (like PDFs, videos, or courses) has been accessed or downloaded
