1Two Kinds of Delivery — One Simple Promise

Everything we sell falls into one of two categories, and each is delivered differently:

2Order Processing & Dispatch 🚀 48h

Here's what happens the moment you place a book order:

1. Order confirmation — you receive an email/SMS confirming your order and payment (processed securely via Cashfree).
2. Quality check & packing — your books are inspected and packed in protective, tamper-evident packaging to survive Indian transit.
3. Dispatch within 48 hours — the parcel is handed to our courier partner within 2 business days of order confirmation.
4. Tracking shared — you receive the courier name and tracking number by email/SMS as soon as the parcel ships.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
• During heavy sale periods, new-edition launches or festival seasons, dispatch may occasionally take up to 72 hours — we'll keep you informed if so.
• Pre-order / upcoming-edition titles (if any) ship on the release date mentioned on the product page.

3Delivery Timelines Across India

We ship pan-India through reputed courier and logistics partners. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• These are estimates, not guarantees — once your parcel is dispatched, the delivery timeline is entirely dependent on the delivery/courier partner and their network in your area.
• Delays can occasionally occur due to weather, festivals, regional holidays, strikes, courier network load or other events beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you informed and help resolve any stuck shipment.
• Business days exclude Sundays and national holidays.

4Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated automatically and displayed clearly at checkout before you pay — there are no hidden fees, ever.
• We periodically run free-shipping offers on select books, combos or minimum order values; any active offer is shown on the product page or at checkout.
• Digital products never carry shipping charges — obviously. 😊

5Tracking Your Order 🔎

You can follow your parcel at every step, in two ways:

1. On our website — open the Track My Order page and enter your Order ID and the email used at checkout.
2. On the courier's website — use the tracking number from your dispatch email/SMS directly on the courier partner's tracking page.

If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 3–4 business days, write to us with your Order ID — we'll escalate with the courier from our side.

6Digital Products — Instant Dashboard Access ⚡

No parcels, no waiting. The following unlock instantly in your account after successful payment:

• CMS Test Series (Full Engine) — all full-length mocks including the Grand Test, all subject-wise tests, analysis, All-India Rank & Expected AIR;
• Ultra Rapid Revision — the one-day live full-syllabus class, streamed live inside your dashboard, plus class recordings and the annotated notes PDF after the session;

How to access your purchase

1. Log in at targetcms.in → My Account using the same email you paid with.
2. Open your Dashboard — your products appear there (e.g., ⚡ Rapid Revision for the live course).
3. Live classes stream inside the dashboard at the scheduled time; recordings and notes are added after the session.

7Address Changes & Failed Deliveries

✏️ Changing your address

• Need to correct or change the delivery address? Email us immediately with your Order ID. We can update it only before dispatch — once the parcel is with the courier, the address generally cannot be changed.

📵 Missed / failed delivery attempts

• Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times. Please keep your phone reachable on delivery days.
• If a parcel is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal, or repeated unavailability, our team will contact you. Re-shipping may require an additional shipping charge; alternatively, a refund may be issued as per our Refund Policy (original shipping cost may be deducted where the failure was not our fault).
• If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the parcel, notify us within 48 hours so we can open an investigation with the courier. Please also check with family members, neighbours and your building security first — parcels are often received on your behalf.

8Damaged, Wrong or Missing Items 48-hour window

If your order arrives damaged (torn pages, binding defects, transit damage), or you receive the wrong book or an incomplete combo:

1. Email support@targetcms.in within 48 hours of delivery;
2. Include your Order ID, clear photos of the issue and the packaging, and your unboxing video;
3. Our team will verify and arrange a free replacement (or refund where replacement isn't possible) as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

9Serviceable Locations & International Orders

• We currently ship within India only, covering virtually every serviceable PIN code through our courier network.
• If your PIN code turns out to be non-serviceable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative address or issue a full refund.
• We do not ship internationally at this time. International aspirants can still use all our digital products — Test Series, Rapid Revision, PYQ Practice and more — which work anywhere in the world with an internet connection.

Can I get faster / express delivery?

Our standard dispatch is within 48 hours; the delivery leg after that is in the courier partner's hands. If you have an urgent requirement, write to us before ordering — we'll tell you honestly whether your PIN code can be reached in time.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Payment options available to you are shown at checkout. All online payments are processed securely via Cashfree (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets).

Will I get an invoice?

Yes — an order confirmation is emailed to you, and a purchase record is always available in My Account → Orders. Need a formal invoice copy? Just email us your Order ID.

My books are for a hostel / hospital address — any issue?

None at all. Just include the full address with landmark, hostel/room or department details, and keep your phone reachable — couriers deliver to hostels and hospitals every day.
